Feel Your Best offers workshops on being the best we are capable of being, finding genuine happiness as oneself.

Slow down, relax, and breathe. Let go of mental chatter & focus gently inward on your present experience. This is mindfulness...a way to integrate mind and body, develop focus, and know yourself. Observe the thoughts behind your actions, and become selective about the ones you heed. Feel inspired with yourself, your relationships, and your world.

Through eight years of exploring the roots of stress, Martha has found that her clients feel best when they choose thoughts that feel like their own and let go of thoughts that originated from external expectations and values. We explore our thoughts using mindful self-awareness and Hakomi psychotherapy.

Workshops are conducted in a fun, respectful atmosphere that encourages lively and honest discussion, leaving participants leaving participants feeling true peace of mind.

This progressive five-module program is designed specifically for the workplace. Please invite me to your boardroom!!

When we perceive a problem, we initiate a stress response that leads to harmful changes in the body – resulting in reduced focus and ability to concentrate and solve problems, reduced immunity, insomnia, back pain, and eventually depression, cancer, heart disease, and more. Hakomi and meditation are growing in popularity as easy, effective methods to calm stress and turn off the stream of sometimes overwhelming thoughts. We deepen the awareness with which we live, resulting in a sense of ease and that life is under control. We enjoy a boost in energy, work attendance and productivity, the ability to solve problems creatively and perform under pressure.

Hakomi and mindful meditation techniques will be used in all modules.

The five one-hour modules include:
1. Meditative breathing, and an overview of stress and the simple, delightful solutions;
2. living mindfully (or with heightened awareness within);
3. the thought patterns that create our stress;
4. finding solutions from our true selves, that feel right from within; and
5. the role of fear.
